OUR STORY
Hi, there. We are the founders of Willinshare. We’re a bunch of young people operating the business with a passion for China and for cultural exchange. We love how this huge and crazy country keeps reinventing itself – it never gets boring and has lots of opportunities for all types of young people. We believe communicating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds is the best way to understand the world. The planet we live on has so much fun to be discovered and experienced, while China is a big part of that fun. And getting ahead in today’s workplaces is about having real experience with the world beyond your borders –- experience with languages, cultures and societies very different from your own.
We started this business from 2018 when we, after years of difficult time trying to locate "the future", finally found where our passion lied. We admire the exploration of self-awareness and we will try our best to provide participants with opportunities to experience the unknown and confront unforeseen challenges.
Maybe Willinshare is not the most experienced agency you have encountered but it is definitely the most passionate one. You will feel lucky to meet us!

OUR SUPPORT
We care about your experience in China. We aim to create opportunities for young people to travel and learn about China. Understanding people, history and culture around the world as well as to improve their language proficiency while carrying out duties. We will provide our EduPairs a place and a team they can consult for extra tutoring, mentoring and anything we can possibly do to help them through this exciting adventure.
