Xi'an City

Situated in central China's Shaanxi province, the city has long been known as one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals, the first capital of China, the resting place of the famous Terra-cotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, and the starting point of the Silk Road. Xi'an City is a melting pot of cultures and religions. The city houses 9 million residents—a moderate urban population by Chinese standards, its historical center encircled in a pristine, well-maintained 14th-century city wall. Xi'an, also known as Chang'an, is an easy, practical and delicious starting base for unveiling your China discovery.

Check out what our
